Let's get to know more about the six DIGITAL FLUENCIES.

1. SOLUTION FLUENCY

In this rapidly changing world, problem solving abilities are quite low due to the teachers' treatment to the students, specifically, they tend to teach them in a very spoon-feeding manner because the teacher give the answer, as well as they give the answer in a more easier manner. But in this era, students are introduce to a more sophisticated manner, in such a way that teachers and students follow the process seen above:

DEFINE - the problem to be solved before engaging into it.
DISCOVER - the possible solutions to be applied to the problem identified.
DREAM - about the possible positive effects upon solving the problem.
DESIGN - projects that would effectively help them in solving the problem.
DELIVER - the processes being discovered and tested.
DEBRIEF - the things that could possible inhibit the process from being successful.

To elaborate this fluency you may watch this video:

2. INFORMATION FLUENCY

The world today produces many information that may or may not be reliable. In order to acquire the most reliable sources, we should know the 5 a's stated above.

ASK - good questions that are essential to this current world.
ACQUIRE - channels to find a more sophisticated information about the topic.
ANALYZE - the given information in that particular channels of information if its essential or not.
